I didn't get vip access and was sleeping with my family without clothes, but a man came into the master key and shouted. Hotels also didn't solve this problem. I will strongly file a complaint.

Excellent central location within short walking distance to Grand Place & Central Station, friendly staff, festive & clean reception area, rooms clean & reasonably spacious. The secret rooftop bar is a lovely touch. For the right deal would stay here again!

Friendly staff and great location Major negative point : we are in Winter and the room was cold . The heating didn’t work . The reception was made aware of the problem and they didn’t offer to change rooms . Thank god our stay was only for one night . I won’t book there again for that reason . I will be hesitant to book there in the summer too maybe the air conditioning won’t work . To be fair maybe our room was an exception but we were disappointed since it’s supposed to be a 4 stars hotel and it wasn’t cheap . For that reason we won’t book there again .

The hotel has a good location and on the surface looks very nice. But the bed was as hard as a rock. I know this is a a subjective thing for people, but it did not work for me. And there was noise coming from the street, from the hallways and the rooms adjoining. The walls are paper thin. My TV broke while I was there and it took about two days and two reminders before it was fixed. And there was mold in the bathroom.

Great location: 3 minute walk from Central Train Station; 3 minutes to Grand Place! Lovely room; comfortable bed; quiet. Wonderful breakfast! Can’t say enough - had a great stay!

Great location. Rooms are dated, but excellent location. If you don't eat pork or eggs, it is not worth paying extra to have breakfast included. Staff was wonderfully helpful.

Fantastic staff, rooms very well presented and clean. Comfy bed. Only down sides were being unable to get a coffee as bar area was closed during day and the shower was a tad restrictive and hard to get to the right temperature. Would go back - thanks

Very conveniently placed for the Grand Place. Good breakfast and service. Found the room chilly and unable to increase heating. The foyer was also cold. Overall good.
