Hotel doesn't look much from outside, but inside it's a hidden gem and very fresh and clean. The lobby looks great, the room were really stylish and a comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly, has a car park next to it.You get to the car park before you get to the hotel, it's on sign posted on the right before you turn the corner to get to the hotel. It's an indiscreet opening, but does show P for parking. It's a corkscrew style multi storey car park, not huge but big enough. So watch those alloys!. If you take your time and use your mirrors or 360 cameras you'll be fine. Hotel is a 5min walk from the Grand Place and , and the Manneken Pis. Lots to do, lots to see in a small city. The hotel for the money was great, thank you for having us.

Convenient for transport and exploring
We stayed here for one night before getting the Eurostar to Paris for the Olympics. The hotel is in a good location for getting to the station and for going the other way to explore the city. The hotel lobby is smart but the upper floors and rooms themselves are a little tired. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The hotel stuff is very friendly and servicable, the hotel is located close to city center. There is parking behind the hotel The elavators in the hotel are kind of disaster: so many lifts and still, it take 5min to get into one. The wifi was very bad in 2 different network. If you are in business trip it is not the place for you. The Whatsapp bot is nice, but did not really helped me to overcome the wifi trouble (neither the reception stuff)

PLEASE READ....I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an awful experience. First, the AC didn't work, making the room very uncomfortable. The entire bedroom smelled terrible, and the bathroom had mold. But the worst part was discovering insects living in the pillows, which started biting me during the night. When I went to the lobby and showed the pillow to the staff, even they were awfully surprised and disturbed by what they saw. They moved me to another room, which was slightly better and a little renovated. However, after the first experience, my family and I were extremely uncomfortable and had a terrible time. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location in walking distance to major attractions and the central train station. Hotel should be two star or below from service and facility perspectives: no coffee maker nor mini fridge, flaky wifi that drops often, very simple bathroom set-up, and AC was disabled so we had to open windows to make the room cooler, (very loud outside and then mosquitoes came into the room, making it hard to sleep). Front desk staff were friendly but could speak English to be helpful; but the old gentleman at the to concierge desk was pretty unpleasant: when I retrieved three carry-on luggages from the storage he was just waiting at the door looking without offering a hand.

I have stayed here several times but it has gone down hill badly ,in the room ,no coffee,tea,or kettle,no pen and paper ,no fridge ,2 small sachets of soap ,no spare toilet roll . the hot breakfast was stone cold ,half cups of coffee ,poor selection ,they have a restaurant and large bar that is never open , , afraid they've blown it for me , I certainly will not be returning
