This is a very traditional hotel, and for the price it was a great choice. Area in general has a great vibe, plenty of bars/restaurants and a mixed age crowd. Hotel was clean and the discount parking was also a bonus. Would certainly use again

Good hotel but little thing let it down....
The hotel was excellent but the only thing that I would say that let it down a little was the fact that we went to the Rooftop Bar which was great but after 30 minutes we left as no waiter came and served us after giving us a table! This is a great shame as the hotel is still to be recommended and we would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, with the city center, restaurants, bars, shops, and metro all within easy walking distance, making our visit very convenient. Additionally, there's a convenience store right downstairs for any necessities. We stayed in a standard triple room, which was spacious and comfortably fitted with three single beds. The room was large and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the extra space. The hotel was consistently clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming. They even allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, saving us the hassle and cost of alternative storage. Overall we had a memorable stay. I would really recommend this stay

I like this hotel,nice room,comfortable bed. Walkable to bars and restaraunts, tourist attractions, station. There are pickpockets in brussels, something to be wary of, there was a notice in a bar, might be an idea to have one to alert people but perhaps not what they want to project.

Hotel doesn't look much from outside, but inside it's a hidden gem and very fresh and clean. The lobby looks great, the room were really stylish and a comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly, has a car park next to it.You get to the car park before you get to the hotel, it's on sign posted on the right before you turn the corner to get to the hotel. It's an indiscreet opening, but does show P for parking. It's a corkscrew style multi storey car park, not huge but big enough. So watch those alloys!. If you take your time and use your mirrors or 360 cameras you'll be fine. Hotel is a 5min walk from the Grand Place and , and the Manneken Pis. Lots to do, lots to see in a small city. The hotel for the money was great, thank you for having us.

Convenient for transport and exploring
We stayed here for one night before getting the Eurostar to Paris for the Olympics. The hotel is in a good location for getting to the station and for going the other way to explore the city. The hotel lobby is smart but the upper floors and rooms themselves are a little tired. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The hotel stuff is very friendly and servicable, the hotel is located close to city center. There is parking behind the hotel The elavators in the hotel are kind of disaster: so many lifts and still, it take 5min to get into one. The wifi was very bad in 2 different network. If you are in business trip it is not the place for you. The Whatsapp bot is nice, but did not really helped me to overcome the wifi trouble (neither the reception stuff)

PLEASE READ....I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an awful experience. First, the AC didn't work, making the room very uncomfortable. The entire bedroom smelled terrible, and the bathroom had mold. But the worst part was discovering insects living in the pillows, which started biting me during the night. When I went to the lobby and showed the pillow to the staff, even they were awfully surprised and disturbed by what they saw. They moved me to another room, which was slightly better and a little renovated. However, after the first experience, my family and I were extremely uncomfortable and had a terrible time. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
