A great central hotel
A wonderful high quality hotel with excellent service and a great breakfast. Transport links are perfect, very close to metro and train stations. Also within walking distance to the Grand Place, City 2 shopping centres. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, extortionate breakfast (36 EUR!)
Decent hotel but the breakfast is 36 EUR per person which is extortionate! I didn't book it with the room as I thought it was an error with the booking system. Really took the shine off of a nice hotel.

Broken shower that was 'fixed' promptly the evening we arrived, however items went missing from the room. Staff were not interested and were very dismissive. Turns out the shower wasn't actually fixed as we found out the following morning.

Overall good but service is a bit poor
Room is clean & comfortable. Near Brussels North station, around 10 minutes walk. With luggage storage service, but I can freely enter into the room and get back my luggages under no supervision. Standard double room is a bit dark. The receptionists are rude to customers. Not willing to answer questions.
