The hotel is newly renovated. It is clean and comfortable. Car park is next to the hotel which was very convenient and it’s a short walk into the centre of Brugge. Perfect for our overnight stay in Brugge.

This centrally located hotel is ideal for exploring Bruges. It's just a short walk from all the main sights and offers easy access to shops, especially for chocolate lovers. Great spot to stay in Bruges. It is away from the street which makes it nice and quiet. The room was nice although the room for the toilet was very small. Being able to fill water bottles with cold or bubbly water was a nice touch. It’s on a great street and parking costs are reasonable for a city. Would definitely stay there again!

The room, hotel and location were all excellent. I only had two minor negatives: - the pull out bed for our children was not already set up when we arrived into the room and we had to do it ourselves. - the fixed-to-wall shower gel bottle in the bathroom was empty.

I would highly recommend the Novotel in Bruges. The rooms were quiet, clean with good air con and the breakfast was amazing with lots of food options for kids and adults. It was also so convenient to walk out your door and be in the centre of beautiful Brugge! Would definitely return.

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur du centre ville et à moins de 15 mn à pied de la gare. Les : - Piscine extérieure chauffée - Hôtel rénové avec grand lobby/bar original - Petit déjeuner très varié - Grande chambre également neuve ; literie confortable ; linge de qualité ; tasses en céramique sur le plateau d'accueil ; super douche ; balayette wc (non présente dans les autres Novotel) - Équipe agréable Les - : - Bouilloire et frigo placés dans la penderie et pas dans une étagère à part dans la chambre - Petite table à la place d'un bureau - Flacon shampooing rempli mais flacon gel douche vide - Mini bureau réception ou self check-in Malgré ces très légers points d'amélioration, un formidable établissement qui en plus fournit des efforts écologiques (fontaines à eau dans chaque couloir, pas de plastique etc).

Wonderful Stay
Check in and out was quick and easy. Hotel has water stations on every floor and offers glass containers to fill up for the room. Newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Over sized, big fluffy bath towels were a nice bonus. Great location.

Accomodating staff hampered by poor planning.
Unfortunately the hotel was still under refurbishment during our stay. On the 3rd floor half of the rooms were being renovated and half the corridor was covered with plastic sheeting with bits and pieces littered around. My main complaint revolves around the breakfast with the space being shared with the adjacent Ibis Hotel. Sadly, the space battled with the peak times and despite the valiant efforts of the staff, the layout is awkward and efficient table clearing was not possible leading to overflow out of the breakfast area. I found the staff very accomodating and extremely helpful. They are hampered in their performance by circumstances beyond their control. The room was fine but even after renovation is completed I'm not sure that i would consider a revisit.

Sehr zentral vom Zentrum von Brügge. Das Parkhaus ist auch direkt nebenan, allerdings kostenpflichtig. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, allerdings war das Zimmer sehr klein aber für eine Nacht ausreichend.

Fenster liess sich kaum öffnen.
Leider ein Hotel, das mehr Wert auf Design legt, als darauf, dass es praktisch ist. Das Fenster war sehr klein und konnte sich kaum öffnen lassen, da ein Riegel vorhanden war. Warum in Brügge die Klima-Anlage wichtiger als ein zu öffnendes Fenster ist, weiss ich nicht. Umweltbewusstein?
