Wonderful location to stay in Brussels!
Located in center of the city with easy walking and also metro and bus for access to everywhere! Spacious room (and adjoining rooms are available for large families). Comfortable beds. Highlight of hotel is the indoor swimming pool open until 22h00! Breakfast also good with many choices.

Lovely place to stay and so close to the main areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. We was given a complimentary small bottle of water in our room everyday but it wasn't enough for a family of 4. A water filling station would have been lovely. (we didn't see one but doesn't mean they didn't have one) would stay here again!

We only stayed 24 hours, but I loved the staff the food was great, the pool great for the kiddos. It was walking distance to grand plaza. Lots to do and see walking. Also walking distance to the main train station, it took us 30 to get from the BRU to the hotel by train. Overall would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Our stay was great overall... Our only issue was the AC. The room was relatively warm despite trying to adjust the temperature. Even my little boy was sweating as he slept. Room was clean, had good space. Hotel staff was helpful . The hotel was located perfectly- close to Grand Place, main points of interest, good dining, shopping, etc.

Good central location. Overpriced breakfast for quality (I'd advise going to one of the many places nearby) Squeaky beds, stuffy room. Lack of instructions for using shower, pull out beds, details on swimming pool use etc.

Great central location which is just slightly out of the noisy areas. But perfectly walkable to join in with the noise if you wish! Beds are comfortable, extra pillows are provided by default. Spacious rooms. Hotel provided useful recommendations to visit during our stay and we almost exclusively used the list!
