The hotel wasnt far from the Brussels north railway station and the trams were also within walking distance. Our room was at the front of the hotel and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise going on up to nearly midnight. The air conditioning had been turned off as it was now classed as being cold outside and when we complained it was too warm we were told we could open a window which wasnt ideal due to the noise outside making it hard to get to sleep after a long day out in the city seeing the sights. The house maid only left the minimum tea/coffee/milk refill so if you wanted a drink when you came in and one in the morning there was not sufficient supplies to do so but the front of house staff brought some to our room when we requested some extra.

The staff were friendly, however, the room and bathroom were disgusting.It was extremely uncomfortable to shower in the bathroom because of how dirty it was.It is not worth the price.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The hotel was situated close by to my meetings and the price of the room is reasonable. The hotel is pleasant and the rooms are nice - clean and spacious. The bathroom is a little dated and my room was situated close to the lifts so it was a little noisy when I was trying to sleep. Would stay here again but would request a room further from the lift area!

The hotel was convenient. We pre paid for breakfast and with jet lag we overslept. The hotel would not credit us back or move our breakfast to another day. It was 17E per person. This is my only complaint.

We were greeted at reception by Coco who was extremely helpful and friendly He explained how we could park and although we were early, he checked and found us a room that’s was ready for us He also provided directions for us to get into Brussels centre Breakfast staff were also very helpful the next morning

For us as a family it was a great location. Quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the travel hub (trains:trams:buses). A 15 minute walk to a large selection of restaurants. Kids loved playing pool and table tennis! Only down side was our bathroom had a number of dark hairs (we’re all fair) and there was a bit of minor wear and tear. A little dated too but that’s not a big deal. Our beds were lovely and comfy tho! So great sleep was had. Breakfasts were good and the staff we interacted with were nice. Last comment: staff phones were very dominant which wasn’t good.

Don't know why it is rated 4 star...bare minimum in bathrooms just soap and shampoo, no slippers, no bidet, broken tiles in bathroom, no fridge, stayed in much better 3 star hotels in Europe. Bar serves just a few items of food options, not convenient at all will not recommend it to anyone.
