Good location but mediocre hotel
The hotel is in a good location, quiet area, near shopping and dining. My initial room had mosquitos, so we moved to another room, which had a window facing a wall. Finally, moved to the third room, which was nice and comfortable. Registration staff was slow with check-in process and staff in general was inconsistent with following processes across the board. Definitely think staff at the hotel needs additional training. Out of all the NH hotels I’ve stayed in different cities/countries I had the most mediocre experience at this hotel.

This hotel has the worst beds I’ve ever slept on. Hard as a rock (and I like a firm bed!). Neither of us didn’t sleep and both of us got up the next day achy all over!
