This hotel is walking distance to important tourist sites in Brussels. It is especially across the NotreDam Sablon Church and Royal Palace. Also across Brussels restos and multiple chocolatiers. Walking distance from Brussels Central Station. The room is huge and very clean with great amenities. The staffs are top notch and friendly. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location. Great staff! Good amenities. It was easy to get to and from the Central Station, walking distance to the Grand-Place. Wittamer is next door and is a must try.

I’ve got to say, this is one of the best and nicest hotels we have stayed in. Staff were friendly and wonderful, breakfast is well worth paying the extra for it was amazing; room was gorgeous, spacious, clean, modern, cosy, huge bed, cannot fault anything with it. It’s a 10 minute walk to Grand Place but there’s so much to see and do on the way. Do not hesitate to book here. Thanks for a fantastic stay, two days wasn’t long enough!!

Good location but mediocre hotel
The hotel is in a good location, quiet area, near shopping and dining. My initial room had mosquitos, so we moved to another room, which had a window facing a wall. Finally, moved to the third room, which was nice and comfortable. Registration staff was slow with check-in process and staff in general was inconsistent with following processes across the board. Definitely think staff at the hotel needs additional training. Out of all the NH hotels I’ve stayed in different cities/countries I had the most mediocre experience at this hotel.
