The hotel and room was very clean and safe. Right outside the street is under construct but manageable to walk around. The location is just minutes away from grand center and everything you’d want to see and do. I was out late at night and felt safe coming to the hotel.

Location good. Hotel was clean and front desk person very nice and helpful. Bathroom door handle squeaky which was a problem if one of us asleep. Many sirens, police or ambulance, all night long. Bedside table not big enough on one side.

The hotel was clean and appeared to have been refurbished fairly recently. The staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk is staffed 24/7. It's ideally located right next to an entrance to the Metro, Gare Centrale. It is a short walk to the Grand Place and most of the sights of central Brussels.

It was a small hotel. Not much of a lobby. The lady who received me on the night I arrived was very polite and courteous. She helped me changed to a different room and was very pleased to deal with. The guy who started the shift after was rude and a dick. Maybe his English vocabulary was limited but his attitude was not up to par. He wasn't helpful. He was more confrontational than anything.

Lovely hotel with very welcoming staff. Room was clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable. Right next to Central metro and an easy walk to the Grand Place.

Great little hotel, everything was as pictured. Hotel staff very friendly except the lady cleaning the lobby. And i wish it had a bar for drinks and snacks are my only complaints
