Perfect Brighton Guest House
Pefectly located but it in a quiet side street. Immacutely clean room, with high quality linens and bedding. Some nice touches in the room such as bottled water and chocolates. Very friendly hosts, excellent breakfast.

Room itself was small, however had everything we needed and more. Second night was a little warm, however a fan is already provided in the room and this sorted the very minor inconvenience out straight away. The breakfast included is excellent and worth coming for alone, also parking passes make a huge difference as Brighton can be expensive in that regard. Overall a fantastic place to stay, would happily return.

Absolute gem in Brighton!
Absolutely wonderful from the friendly welcome to the beautifully comfortable room with lots of thoughtful touches to the delicious breakfast and sad departure, couldn't want a nicer place to stay. The hosts were two of the nicest people! Will definitely be back!

We had the basement room with the private garden and it was absolutely charming. Our hosts were great and the breakfast was delicious and more than ample. The location was great for a walkable Brighton weekend (pier, lanes, waterfront etc). I would stay there again!

Great hotel in the middle of a very busy street. Parking can be hard to find! Room was clean, modern and not too small for two people. Breakfast was outstanding. Great service!

From arriving at Brightonwave, we were made to feel very welcome, it was spotlessly clean, our room had everything we needed and more. The breakfast menu was very good and the cooked breakfast we chose was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to everyone.

An excellent B&B, comfortable, clean, convenient for both Marina, beach and Lanes shopping area. Lots of restaurants close by. Bedding pristine, bed comfortable, little touches like fruit, biscuits, fridge, coffee machine all added to the welcome feel. Hosts are helpful and charming. Breakfast choices and standard top notch. I will definitely revisit.
