Cooking/Dining/Living
The open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining room is the hub of this amazing new home and a great space for relaxing and entertaining. The contemporary kitchen provides everything you need to cater for your family, with appliances including a double oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining area provides seating for 8 people and has bi-fold doors leading out to the covered terrace area and south facing garden. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating for 8 and has a Smart TV to keep the whole family entertained with Netflix, Disney+, NOW TV, ITV hub etc (guests use their own accounts). The TV has a soundbar which can also be used to stream your own music. Bi-fold doors from the living area open out to the terrace and garden.
There is a useful utility area in the garage, with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink area, wetsuit drying rack and plenty of secure storage for boards/bikes. A Ping pong table and table football have just been added to the garage to create a games rooms - perfect for keeping all ages entertained in any weather!
Sleeping
There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 located on the first floor and 1 to the ground floor. The 2 front double bedrooms have king size beds, ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the balcony, where lovely views across the dunes to the sea are enjoyed. Bedroom 3 is a large twin room with Smart TV and has an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 4 downstairs has bunk beds and is serviced by the wet room on this floor. All beds are dressed with high quality duck and down duvets & pillows and luxury 600tc Egyptian cotton bedding, providing a much needed relaxing and comfortable night's sleep!
Bathing
To the ground floor there is a wet room with shower and wc, perfect for washing off after the beach and also servicing the downstairs bedroom. Upstairs, each bedroom has an en-suite, two being bathrooms and one a shower room.
Outside
There is driveway parking for 4 vehicles which is accessed off the shared driveway (shared with 2 other properties). There is an enclosed, south facing garden located to the front of the property with a lovely terrace area that includes garden furniture and a coal BBQ. This terrace is canopied by the balcony above, so if the weather is not quite up to scratch then the outside can still be enjoyed. There is an outside shower (cold water) for washing off after the beach.

Wifi, bed linen and hand/bath towels are provided free of charge.
There is a motion sensor video security door bell at the entrance to the property. All recordings are deleted within 21 days.
Very conveniently located between the beach and the village. Walk to the beach is approx 5 minutes and to the village is approx 10 minutes.
One pet accepted (*charges apply) between the dates of (October 1st to March 31st)

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.
There is a refundable security deposit of £200 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
