Room was much much smaller than I expected it to be, but the price makes sense with the location. Shower door had gaps and water escaped through but otherwise I had a good experience! Oh also, the bed sheets sort of came off when I reclined the bed back up.

The staff, hotel and amenities were amazing! My mom and I can’t stop raving about the hotel and how convenient it was to everything, how friendly the staff was and how clean it was! Highly recommend, the valet parking was also super helpful as we have never been to Boston before .. it was one less thing we had to worry about!

No sound proofing.
There was absolutely no sound proofing between rooms. Hard to sleep when you can hear all your neighbours and hall traffic. If you want to cram 40 rooms per floor….. at least make them private. 😑

Yotel has pros and cons. Let’s start with the negatives. The room is a shoebox yet costs a significant sum of money. The bed goes up and down to make more room to walk by your partner. The vanity sink is 14”x10”. I dare anyone to use it without dripping water on the floor. Hardly any room for shaving kit or cosmetic bag. Noise from nearly rooms opening and closing, annoying. Didn’t use but have been told that the shower head turns on and off while showering. Bathroom sink has a fine spray to conserve water, which we didn’t mind. The lobby has a cracked cement floor with a small old gray rug by check in. Only two lobby chairs, so plan to stand while waiting for a ride. Hotel charge of $65 per day for parking. With such concern for conservation why do they heat and electrify a huge first floor restaurant plus a top floor co c tail lounge with panoramic glass windows that’s only open 5 pm until whatever hour. This is a clear ex c use to squeezing as many rooms as possible yet still charge exorbitant prices.. winners heated towel racks for heaven sakes? Pros: quick C he c l i i n and convenient to public transportation, and dining options. Will not stay here again.

Really Nice, and Staff are Very Helpful!
The staff at the front desk (aka “Mission Control”, I kid you not) are extraordinary: friendly, responsive, just a joy to work with. One exception we encountered was a woman on her shift at 9pm on a Friday night; just awful; argumentative, nasty attitude, angry look on her face throughout (we found out the next morning that others have given management the same input). The shower seemed to have been designed wrong; water seeped out of the door and onto the floor; a front desk guy said he had gotten lots of comments about that issue. Overall, staff care, place is clean throughout, great location to walk to shops, restaurants, glorious waterfront.
