The property is superb. The staff and amenities both outside and inside the room were fabulous. This was the best hotel I stayed at outside of a resort. Recommend this property for anyone visiting Boston for the first time like us!

One of our favorites
We stayed on New Year's Eve, so we expected check in to be busy with a lot going on in the city. There was a wedding happening at the hotel, so check in was busy, but the staff handled it well and it moved along at a good pace. The Seaport sent me a preregistration link, which was I loved because when it was our turn to check in, everything was ready and my card was already on file for the stay, so we just needed our keys. As usual, rooms were clean and the hotel is great and the staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints and we will definitely return.

This is an excellent choice when visiting Seaport. Ideal location for all that is in that area. Dining and shopping are right outside the hotel. Rooms were very clean and charming. Entire hotel over the holidays was well decorated and festive. Can’t go wrong with this option when in this area.
