The property was clean, the staff was unwelcoming, most facilities where closed or inoperable, I book for the indoor pool, that had a leak and was closed, paint peeling in the bathroom, beds terrible, pillows old and lumpy, every little thing including drinking water had to be purchased. Very disappointing

On check in I was told there was no club room as the lounge is under construction (something that should be highlighted when booking). I did not get the lower price room i.e. without the club cost. my desire to stay here was the pool. through my searches via expedia.com all my filtering was on the pool. The hotel, knowing, that the pool had issues could have reached out or popped up an interstitial before/after booking. Otherwise, lovely staff, big room and a hot shower!
