Convenient location, the hotel is very busy but they handle everything perfectly. Pool was open late, till 10 which was great for getting in late from being out. The two seperate dining area and food area for breakfast made getting food quick with waiting in line. Overall..a good experience

Stayed during a busy time of the year and most went well but it’s disappointing when they will only issue one key card to a mom with 2 older kids because they were running low and had to ration them. Then the next morning the hotel was completely out of cream for coffee. The room was very clean and comfortable though. And the shower was great. The valet worker was very nice as well.

The staff were warm and welcoming. The bed was bad. The bathroom faucet was functioning but it was 1/4 of an inch from the wall! The furniture arrangement in the room was also a bit off. It was clean and warm but a night light would be helpful. Also more than one coffee pod and tea. The rooms didn’t have microwave, or a way to cook the frozen meals they were selling at the lobby. Also it was annoying that they didn’t accept cash even to buy water. No parking available unless it was valet. All in all they could do better
