Overall, the Found Hotel was perfect. I was looking for a great night of sleep and easy access to Logan airport for an early morning flight. I wasn’t looking for the extra conveniences at the larger brand hotels. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the front desk was very helpful. Parking was across the street and reasonable relative to other Boston hotels. And it took 10mins to drive to Logan.

Clean& comfortable bed. The roomates were all nice people. Great location. Bathroom was clean. Staff was helpfull. A no frills hotel, clean in a great location. Will stay again. However the hand soap dispenser was not working. Told this to 3 staff. It was still not fixed during my stay.

I've stayed there a few times and always have a good experience. There aren't any extras...no refrigerator. But the price is great for Boston. Staff is always very friendly.

Room was nicely furnished for a historic property but we saw a mouse in our room. I also apparently rubbed up against blue curtains while sleeping and developed a bad rash. I don’t think it is bed bugs, perhaps a spider? (Rash on neck, face and hands). Staff was friendly but failed to mention validation for discounted parking in lot. Won’t go back sadly.

The room was much smaller than expected. The bed was about 4" from the wall, and couldn't be moved to provide easier exits from the bed. There was one chair and one shelf that was supposed to be a desk. No end tables The bathroom was nice and about as big as the bedroom, or maybe bigger. There wasn't an ice bucket in any of the rooms. You could get ice though, by going to the basement. The location was great!! Very convenient.

Extremely well located, no frills stay but rooms are very clean and have the important basics. Great for light travelers who want to spend more time walking the Commons, Theatre District, etc instead of hanging out in a hotel. Awesome staff.

I would recommend!
I was helping my daughter with a new baby. Location is amazing and staff is very responsive. Rooms are very small but that’s to be expected at this price. It was clean and easy. Coffee available in the am. I would stay again!
