Travelled with family and small children
Disliked: Staff & service
It would have been nice if the staff were not so rude and crass. I felt patronised by staff here, one male in particular. If you have the chance boycott this place and go for something more worth while. The Big Blue is a lovely hotel with friendly staff as is the BLVD.
