We had a lovely stay but unfortunately the room was very small and very hot with no aircon. A fan was provided but wasn’t enough to cool the room down and I hardly slept due to this. Apart from that it is a lovely building and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Asked for a quiet room-we were given a room which overlooked the gravel driveway entrance to the reception.Footfall and cars driving was very noisy. People leaving and arriving made it very noisy-even at 2am. The room had no A/C and the one window could only be opened 6inches.

I spent one night at Down Hall hotel and the next morning I used the spa. I did 2 treatments and they were very well done, I loved every minute. The staff was very friendly throughout the hotel. The beautiful nature and the open space was a treat. The bed cozy and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.
