Very handy for either early flight from or late flight to Birmingham Airport. Excellent breakfast.

Location was perfect. Owners were very accommodating from start to finish. The only areas what didn’t match up to everything else was: Toilet roll holder loose and not functional Bathroom mirror light when the switch was pulled it pulled the whole unit Not enough spaces to park the car in front of the property.

Our room was warm,clean and comfortable. Ithad an old world charm---lovely for a couple of nights.The stables were in use and it was pleasant to wake up to the horses and the bells from the delightful old church next door. However, the one thing that would stop me recommending or returning is the communal breakfast table that meant no privacy. It felt very awkward and it was clear that the other guests also felt uncomfortable with the arrangement. In addition it meant that when anyone left the table, it had to be cleared and re-set while you were still eating. Breakfast itself was a typical Full English (no starters offered) but was perfectly nice. We had a good weekend. There is a selection of decent pubs near by for food. The airport is very close so noisy aircraft----didn't bother us but could be an issue for some.
