VERY IMPORTANT (For the Safety of other residents in the block)
Please make sure the white front door to the communal area is locked when you leave AND after you've entered the building. When entering you can lock the door from the inside using the internal thumb turn lock. When leaving you need to lift the handle up as far as it will go and use the key to lock the door.
RUBBISH
Correct disposal of the rubbish is EXTREMELY important out of respect to fellow owners/residents living in the block. Recycling can be put in the box located inside the utility room(directly in front of you as come out of the door to the apartment, down a few steps), all other general waste can be put in number 5 outside ONLY. It is marked clearly with a number 5. Please refrain from using other residents bins or leaving rubbish out on the landing as it causes a bad smell for other residents.
PARKING
There is one parking spot located on the premised, again, clearly marked with a number 5. Any additional cars over one must be parking on the street. Please do not park in any other parking spaces apart from the one marked 5 as you may risk a fine or removal.
