I really enjoyed my 3-night stay at this simple, well-located inn. It's an easy walk to the Dutch quarter with tons of cafes and shops, and is half a block from the tram that goes to the Hbf station for a trip into Berlin. I rented a well-maintained one-speed bike from the hotel, which turned out to be a great way to get around the massive palace grounds--it was so fortunate I could pedal between sites instead of walking for miles. My room itself was up multiple flights of a steep twisting staircase. No elevator. I had a backpack so it was ok but ask for ground floor if you have a rolling suitcase. Everything was very clean except the comforter had hairs on it, but the clerk promptly replaced it. Free coffee in the morning for opting out of daily maid service. Clerks spoke excellent English and were friendly and knowledgeable about sites in the area. Thanks, ladies.

The staff were amazing and friendly! Janine was a ray of sunshine at the front desk. I really recommend this hotel and will be staying in it if I ever come back to Potsdam.

Good location dingy hotel
The hotel has a lot of potential and a great location. Unfortunately, it has not been kept up. It’s dingy bathroom is uncomfortable, no amenities with the exception of a bottle of hand wash/shampoo body wash all in one. Water pressure in the shower was good. Breakfast was really bad and they charge for it regardless of “bed & breakfast label”

Fantastic B&B
Lovely large clean room. Fabulous location in the heart of Potsdam practically opposite Brandenburger Tor. Short walk to Sansouci Palace and park. Also one of the best buffet breakfasts that I've ever had. There was even help yourself ice cream!!!

Sehr gute Lage. Man ist in 5 Min. an der Friedenskirche und in 10-15 Min beim Schloß Sanssouci. Sehr großes Appartement mit 2 Räumen und einer Küchenzeile, mit Kochplatten und Kühlschrank. diese ist jedoch komplett leer es ist weder ein Teller, noch ein Glas bzw. eine Tasse vorhanden

Das Bett war eine Katastrophe, viel zu weich und zu schmal. Das Zimmer viel zu warm, keine Klimaanlage. Zimmer war relativ sauber, teilweise Staub in den Ecken. Damen von der Rezeption sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist optimal und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war kalt, dunkel, zweckmäßig und lieblos eingerichtet. Der Balkon war sehr schmuddelig. Es waren noch Zigarettenkippen von früheren Gästen im Aschenbecher. Auch das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber. In den Ecken lag Schmutz und an den Wänden waren Staubflusen und Löcher von Nägeln. Habe mich nicht wohlgefühlt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und groß. Der Boden und das Bad waren neuwertig und die servicekraft und putzkraft waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Schöne Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, shoppingläden und schöne Spaziergassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

En övernattning i Potsdam
Överlag bra. Trevlig personal, rent och fint. Dock står det i annonsen "parkering tillgänglig", det tolkar jag som att det finns parkering på boendet. Det fanns det inte. Hade inte valt detta boende om det hade framkommit.
