It would be nice for customers to know that they are to pay a €50 per night charge that is not included in the information after booking. Also the pool, spa, and gym. Were all closed. Resulting in a less than expectation stay. Beyond that, the hotel was nice and clean. Just be cautious that you wont get what you expect. Also has one of those scammy minibar arrangements.

My first stop in Berlin didn’t start as pleasantly as I’d hoped. The hotel’s location is great, close to everything, and the room was clean, though the coffee machine didn’t work. The front desk staff seemed to be frustrated and rude. We paid for breakfast, and I highly recommend it—the buffet was excellent, especially at a discounted rate, the service though was poor. I’m glad I didn’t stay at Pullman for my entire trip, as I found much better service elsewhere in Germany.

Lovely hotel, amazing for the price. Good breakfast until 11am on weekends. Close to a few different subway stations and a bus. We weren’t massively keen on the in-house menu for dinner but maybe that’s just personal preference.
