A great location for exploring berlin, about a 1 minute walk to Checkpoint Charlie. Hotel was clean ans stadf helpful. They have a lottle bar or a bigger one attached. My only faults were, no one cleaned/replaces towels in our room depspite the request on the first occasion it wasnt done and pur booked double apartment was single beds pushed together with 2 duvets but other than that hotel was a great base

Nice quiet hotel in a great location. Very close to both the Stadtmitte and Checkpoint Charlie U-bahn stations, and near several restaurants and coffee shops. You are right at the corner of Freidrichstauss, which is a major thoroughfare in the city with many high end shops. You are 15-30 minute walk from virtually everything. We walked to Anhalter station, the Reichstag, Brandenburg gate, topography of terror, and tons of other points of interest. The room got pretty hot and we couldn't turn the heat down, but the windows open to let fresh air in. We took a red eye flight and got to the hotel at noon, and they let us check in right away which was such a relief. Would absolutely stay here again.

We were traveling as a school group. The hotel was wonderfully accommodating and had easy access, both on for and by U-Bahn to everything we wanted to do. It was really cool to be in the former Wall zone from a historical persoective.

Worker knocked on door when I had the don’t clean sign on. Had a wooden coat hanger in his hand and wanted to know how many I had in my room. I checked and told him the number. I told 2 males at the front desk and they said it was due to the new ownership wanting to get things right, that they normally wouldn’t enter rooms. Same guy the next day tried again I reminded him of the number and told him to write it down! This time a gal at the front desk was very concerned and wrote it on the computer.

This hotel has an excellent location 1 minute from Checkpoint Charlie. Close to the U Bahn, and twenty minutes’ walk from Friedrichstrasse train station. From there, trains take 30 minutes to the airport. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet area but so close to the tourist attractions . The hotel was clean,comfortable and nice buffet breakfast . Staff were helpful and friendly .
