Excellent service from the staff, they were very polite and friendly in their greetings! The hotel offers a good breakfast. The hotell is situated in a good neigbourhood with easy access to public transports and city centre!

Ich habe über Hotels.com gebucht und wollte 1 Stunde später einchecken. Dies war aber noch nicht möglich, weil es angeblich länger dauert, bis die Daten übertragen werden. So musste ich 20 Minuten warten. Das ist in der heutigen Zeit nicht akzeptabel. Morgens wollte ich DUSCHEN, aber es gab leider kein warmes Wasser. (Heizung defekt im Hotel) Niemand konnte mir sagen wie lange es dauern wird. Als ich den Hotelchef fragte, ob es in irgendeine Form von Entschädigung geben wird, sagte er mir, wie ich mir das vorstelle bei 250 Gästen. Es gab nur den Satz, "es tut uns leid". Unglaublich! Man hätte die Gäste auch zu Frühstück einladen können. Nie wieder Rui Plaza.

Room was very clean , had everything we needed. It is pretty small, but we only needed it to spend a few nights while visiting Berlin. The room has a tea kettle, which was very nice. Would have had a great view but there were scaffolding installed on the building at the time we visited - late October 2024. it takes about 30 min to get to Museums. Metro station is very close, only one long block away. Overall good stay, but would stay close to Museums next time. Staff very friendly.

Location is very nice. Building is nice. However, our room had no view at all since the window was covered by some "add" in front of the property. The service was not very good. They only gave us water for the first day, they never delivered some towels we requested and they staff at the lobby was not friendly at all.
