Excellent location near a metro station but poor service. They don’t even take the time to make our beds and refill coffee, soap, etc. The staff at the front desk was not very welcoming. I think much better options can be found for the same price.

Ok. Parking was full, had to park two blocks away for higher price. Great location. Could see the pride parade from the room window. Very easy access to the rest of the city. Staff indifferent.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. Location was great. The only critique is the “bar” in the lobby. The front desk aren’t trained on making drinks. Hiring a bartender would solve that issue, but until they do, it’s best to drink elsewhere. Conveniently, there are plenty places nearby within walking distance.

One of their staff from their Checkpoint Charlie found my room and stalked me to my hotel room. The reception staff didnt see him at all and they refused to help. The hotel isnt safe at all and staff are terrible. I even had to ask help from the police.

Small issues like the air con didn't work, the electric window blind didn't work and it was on a VERY noisy road! The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean, the breakfast was nice and it was well located. Good for the price but perhaps some refurbishment is needed
