I loved the small rooms, that all have a theme - the size reminded me of cruise ship cabins. Staff was wonderful, very accommodating! Water was VERY HOT!!!! Being that there are no dressers, it would have been nice if we had luggage racks so there would not have been a lot of bending as one searched her suitcase and if a box of Kleenex was provided that would have been perfect!

A bit far from the center of the city, but if you don’t mind a twenty minute tram to city center this property is wonderful. The staff is exceptional and the breakfast each morning is delicious.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel looks like an apartment complex and it actually is. It only has 2 floors and the rest of the floors are regular apartments. The lighting in the room was bad, making it difficult to put makeup, shave, etc. The breakfast wasn’t worth it. Mostly bread, milk, juice from a machine, ham and cheese of ok quality

Great hotel, fantastic service, just a small note on checking out with parking we wasn’t given another tokens to cover the parking and also wasn’t explained the process which meant we had to go back to get our original parking ticket and had to ring parking intercom. But overall good hotel.

The rooms are small, which would be a reasonable compromise if it was in the city but given the distance we were surprised. We had a room with 2 adults and 2 kids and we had 1 suitcase and a pushchair, it was quite tricky fitting everything into the room. The fridge in the room didn’t work, no efforts to fix it. We were offered to leave things in the fridge downstairs but that’s not convenient and quite frankly not what we paid for! Some staff were very friendly, others less so. The area around the hotel did not feel safe, although we saw police patrol each evening. Room was clean on arrival and they sort or made the beds etc each day but cups were not cleaned or replaced. Overall, a decent stay and hotel but in terms of value for money it didn’t feel worth the price.

The staff was amazing! You can have a great hotel but if you staff is not pleasant it will damage the whole experience, but in this case everyone was always willing to assist, smiled and courteous.

Great hotel
This hotel was great! There was very convenient public transport to get into the centre and to the airport. We were able to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out and found the WiFi great. There is a safe in the room but no fridge. We’d happily stay again!
