Our trip was amazing. We mainly went for the spa facilities but also found the city easy to get to and around using public transport. The hotel, staff, spa and gym facilities were brilliant and we look forward to revisiting from UK again

Amazing
Absolutely amazing hotel. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was great but the highlight of this hotel is the spa. The spa is huge with every facility you could dream off in a spa. We never found it to be crowded.

When we first arrived the front desk agents were friendly and accommodating. They even let us into our room early. Breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly. The Spa is great! The restaurant at the spa is also nice, and the staff there are also nice. We keep our stuff nicely organized so we can have our room cleaned and our room was only cleaned 1 time out of the 6 nights we stayed. The cleaners would come and take our towels and robes and not bother to leave fresh towels or robes, clean the room, or freshen it up. The front desk girls could care less and would make us walk from the back building all the way across the parking lot to the front to get fresh towels and robes. EVERYDAY! I would not recommend this place nor would I ever stay there again.

We were so disappointed because the deposit was never mentioned, and no, we had cash they only excepted cards which we did not have on us We asked if we could check in with no room charge ability as the room is already paid for and yet that was declined. We then asked if we could put our stay for the next day so that we may go back to the house get our cards which we love with our children as we had just moved in, they were not helpful and I received a check out the email when in fact we never checked in! It is a shame that we used our rewards night and could not even today. They mentioned they sent an email regarding deposit required, which I did not see
