Very convenient place to stay and the staff is really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing but pricey. Our room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. We easily moved around the city on trams and buses; get the GVB multi day pass and go anywhere! Loved it. Even extended our stay by a night because the hotel was so excellent.

Beautiful Hotel! The room was modern and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast had numerous options on the buffet. The Vic Bar served elegant and tasty food. Nice staff and amazing English speakers

We loved our stay at Park Plaza Victoria. Best location, close to Central Station. Although it was in a very busy area, we never heard any noise from the street. The staff was super friendly. Clean room, but the lighting was a bit dim. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was very convenient and quiet despite being in the central area. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The only issues were at first it was hard to find the entrance, I had to step into the cafe below the sign that says Park Plaza Victoria to ask where the entrance was after walking around front for a bit. I was told to walk further where the construction area is and the entrance is in between, once I see the revolving door, I am at the right place. But the overall stay at this hotel was great, highly recommend staying here.
