Avoid
Cramped space, or what management calls "cozy" (but far from it), no complementary water, no coffee, no tables in room to eat your takeaways or to put your personal items, a small mattress on top of a big dirty mattress, AC that blows dust but no cold air so you end up opening the window and realize you are literally above the railways which means you suffer in heat or noise. Reception is literally a table as they dedicated their space for restaurant (more money right?), realistically no lobby, and if there is a lobby it's occupied by the restaurant. Honestly, avoid at all costs. You're better off in bnbs All of the above for €225, this hotel is a joke and should be avoided at all cost.

This property is located out side Amsterdam Central Train Station. Not far from the amazing nightlife of Amsterdam. Makes everything so accessible and the view from our window was amazing!!!

Can’t go wrong here.
Great place in the perfect spot just outside trains. Breakfast was best we have had in a while. Incredible choices like wild blueberries and so much fruit, veggies, breads, meats. Coffe and yea and water were superb. Will be back.

The restaurant is not good at all. Some of the staff offer to assist you but they did not. Only one girl was excellent. Our first room was awful and they upgraded us. We couldn’t sleep the first two nights. You can hear the next room people talking and using the restroom. After they upgraded the room our experience improved but this place can definitely do better.

It was a pain to switch elevators and walk each time long way to our room. Train noise since its above the central station. But overall its a nice stay. Very clean and staff is excellent.

Great location but mixed feelings regarding room
Great location to leisure visit Amsterdam. Need to train their front desk. The night clerk booked us wrongly into a little room (which I presume was much cheaper) and had to argue the next day to get the room stipulated on the booking made. The clerk next day was more knowledgeable and apologetic.
