My husband was here on business and me and my three year old daughter were accompanying. It was overall a pleasant stay. The restaurant was convenient and decent. There was a grocery store nearby. The metro is right there and it’s a walkable area. The hotel is very minimalistic. The bath towels were rough. The toiletries were lacking. It was overall pretty clean but there were areas of dust on the shelves that our drinking glasses were placed on top of. At check in, the communication could’ve been better with the location of our room and how to access the elevator with the key card. At check out, we had our luggage stored and when we went to pick up our luggage, they had trouble finding our bags, my husband had to help and go identify our bags in a disorganized room.

Great stay, will be back
Stayed 2 nights at Innside to be near VU. The hotel itself was close to the Zuid metro station, which was convenient. Check-in was painless and quick. We had a room at the 18th floor, which had a nice view of the eastern sky and the train station. The room and amenities were clean and everything worked perfectly; the free mini-bar and coffee were lovely touches. Wifi worked throughout and it was easy to connect to the TV via Chromecast. We will certainly be coming back!

This hotel is really nice. It is walkable distance from the metro and the tran and has a couple of places to eat. Close to the RAI. I love how this hotel is sustainable, and the rooftop is very nice. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful and cool modern decor. Friendly and very helpful front desk staff. Spacious and clean, nicely decorated fairly good spacious room w impressive shower. We got a room nice view m, super comfortable King sized bed, to our surprise. We didn’t eat at the hotel, and the rooftop bar looked nice but wasn’t open when we arrived, except for beer and wine would have been nice to have a cocktail but the hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bakeries and cafe to choose from. We loved our stay very much and hope to come back and stay again soon!

Amazing 22hr layover
On the way home feom my Scotland trip..I had a 22 hr layover which I utilized beautifully by touring Amsterdam. Innside is conveniently located steps from the train station, perfect end of a long day taking in the sites and walking. My room was relaxing and welcoming..the TV screen identified me by name and everything was clean and perfect..just like I expect when traveling. The hotel is 15 min drive and 6 min ride on train from airport. A fabulous rooftop restaurant & bar. The staff PERFECT! Loved my 8 hr stay😀

The property was very clean and easy access. Unfortunately, our room was not ready on time. However, they offered us a drink as we sat and waited. They then brought the luggage to our room for us. The breakfast was delicious so many options. It was very close to the train and the tram. With an incredibly good bagel shop close by.

I had difficulties with lost luggage and cancelled flights. The staff helped in various ways from checking in with me to see if I had heard about my luggage, charging my phone, and letting me use the desk phone to contact the airlines. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I have never had better service
