Room sizes were good and well furnished. Only dislike was noisy neighbours on first night who were drinking and loud till 3am.

We liked almost everything about the hotel. The only downside was the entertainment. The duets at the main bar were very good but the solo singers not so great. The main entertainment in the hall was not great and most nights we gave this a miss. Overall a very good hotel, they just need better entertainment and it would be perfect.

lovely hotel great location

Pros: the breakfast was lovely , plenty to choose from .the pools and the location were the best part of the hotel.
Cons: the rooms were a bit dated and not very big.
Location: lots to do in the area
we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel . the pool area was beautiful with great sea views and the location was perfect

Restful break

Comfortable and luxurious hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable with everything we needed. Amazing choice of food at breakfast. New Sea Soul restaurant served local fresh produce in delicious meals. It was lovely to see the sun set as we ate.

Great family holiday destination

This hotel is great for a family holiday. It has everything you need, good location convenient for beaches (Fanabe and Playa del Duque), restaurants and shops. The staff wee so friendly and worked so hard, but they always had a smile on their face. We could not fault their efforts. We only ate in the buffet restaurant and the food was amazing, fresh and there were plenty to choose from. We really enjoyed our holiday in Tenerife, it's a great holiday destination and we would definitely love to come back to this hotel.
