Exclusive property of over 200 square meters with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in El Madroñal, one of the most

prestigious areas, just minutes from the famous beaches of Costa Adeje and close to all services.

It is surrounded by a huge private terrace and garden with HEATED swimming pool, BBQ, sunbeds, covered and

heated patio with table and chairs, with sea and mountains view.

Two levels :

On the ground floor there is: Exterior with garden, terrace / solarium, swimming pool, furnished patio.

Inside: 3 double bedroom with TV, air conditioning a bathroom, a living room with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen

with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and laundry ..

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms all with TV and air conditioning , (one with a balcony overlooking the sea and an

en suite bathroom) and 2 bathrooms.

There is another floor, the second, with another large furnished terrace with a splendid view towards the sea.

There are 2 indoor parking spaces and many free parking lots around the complex.

Linen included, bath towels and sea towels.

Dear guest, please note that arrivals after 22.30 hrs are subject to a late check-in fee.

For the loss of the keys there is an extra 100 euros for the change of the lock.

Very dissapointing

Dissapointing. The hot tub wasn’t in the spec Which was fine. But it had no cover on it, it was half full with dirty water and big polystyrene pieces floating in it. Apparently the cover was broke as well as the cover for the heated pool infact it was disintegrating into little bits. There was no chopping board, kitchen scissors or large glasses. Only 2 large wine glasses and tiny tumblers. Hairdryer upstairs was ancient and didn’t work. No bedcside lamp. Light in main bedroom ceiling not working. BBQ was disgusting and we wouldn’t use it it was so bad. Showers were old fashioned. No welcome pack or provisions at all !!! Not even a bottle of water. Overall extremely tired property.
