Sadly below average on this occasion
There was no hot water, room was cold and the tv kept turning off. We were not told at check in about the issue with the hot water until we complained and the staff said it had been an issue since Monday. They really should be telling customers this. Overall not a great experience and will be requesting a refund.

Pretty average. I booked bed and dinner. Some waiters didn’t speak English and then when I asked what’s included in the pre paid dinner no one seemed to know. Fridges in the room taken out. No coffee pods for the coffee machine in room. LEDS hanging out under sink. Just looked like staff weren’t interested

Everything was very good except the in room phone did not work. As I am disabled this contradicted their emergency plan. Shower soap placed in difficult location when using shower seat.

The Reception Staff and Restaurant Staff were always helpful kind and courteous. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. One slight criticism is that there was no rail to hang any towels in the bathroom
