Nice helpful staff, good environment and clean.. well apportioned rooms. WiFi not accessible from the room but worked well in common areas. Evening meal was very nice although slightly on the pricy side.

The hotel is set in a quiet countryside area,the grounds are well-maintained,the directions to the parking are clearly signposted,there’s plenty of parking,the directions to the reception are clearly signposted,check-in was straightforward,the room was big and clean and the WiFi was decent.Hopefully I’ll get a chance to go back if back up on business

Style over substance
It began like staying in a kennel where dogs were howling and barking until 8pm at night. I ordered room service for a meat feast pizza and it didn’t even arrive with the ingredients listed on the menu. If a kitchen does not have what is listed why not just say it’s unavailable. With a mix of Parma ham and bacon it was incredibly salty…I was very disappointed. The room looked amazing and the bathroom was gorgeous but style over substance with the bed…the mattress and pillows were awful.

Beautiful, centuries old property with a lot of warmth and charm. Rooms are a decent size with updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again!
