We paid $1400 for our room and I would not say this was a $1400/night experience. First the staff forgot to tell us our room was ready. Then I went to use the shower and it had dirt on the wall and the shower curtain so our $1400/night room clearly had not been cleaned. Lastly we had appointments at the spa. There were no amenities and we were supposed to have specialized treatments but just ended up with basic massages. Save your money and go to the Ritz.

Superior service and magical stay.
My wife and I came here for our one year anniversary. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I once stayed in a Ritz Carlton and our stay here was far superior with beauty and amazing costumer service. We will be back. The property and room were luxe. The location is awesome but feels a little touristy. Great rooftop and pool - spacious and relaxing. The restaurant across the street was just okay. All in all, a great spot!
