The place was clean. It accomidated us and our 2 pets. But it was Halloween night and everyone was partying. Firetrucks came 2 times during the night. The people above us were up till 2 constantly was. The highway was very noisy and we finally got to sleep at 3 a.m.

Didn't like anything about it. I got in the room and a roach ran from under the refrigerator. The room want cleaned and the towels were dirty. The mattress looked like a ten ton boulder had been dropped on it. I went to the store and turned the lights out when I left, I turned them back on when I got back in and roaches were running out from under the bed. I was only able to kill a couple. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room, the last yelled at me and told me there were no more rooms left toove me to, unless I went to the back building that had no hot water. Notthatthe water was off for a moment, it actually had no hot water because it's under construction. When I said I wouldn't go to a room with no hot water she got irate and said I could take a shower in the room that in, go to the new room with no hot waterand shower again in the morning.in the old room and be moved to another room that next afternoon. I couldn't believe her attitude for one, then to see so many roaches running around one room iknewthatthe whole place was infested. I had booked with Expedia and after a little back and forth a manager finally called me and handled the situation in a way that I thought was fit and fair for having made a non refundable reservation.

False advertising; No dresser or shelves.
It appears that we were given a room designed for handicapped persons, as the bathroom had a wide doorway and a shower that could accomodate a wheelchair. In addition, the only parking slots outside were for disabled persons. That was a bit of a bother, as we had to park further away from the room. The room itself was clean and included a microwave and a refrigerator. However, there was no dresser and no place to hang our clothes. There was a small table, at least. The bathroom did not include a vanity or shelves, so I had to place my toiletry kit in front of the TV. This former Motel 6 also lacked some of the amenities that Hotels.com had listed for it; there was no breakfast (just coffee) and no indoor pool. The outdoor pool was not open at 9am, when I intended to use it. At least there really was a laundry room!
