Room 301 is extremely noisy, too close to the road!!!!! We were very surprised to learn that our $100 security deposit would be held 5-7 days, what the heck? Have stayed at hotels all over the country and have never heard that before it is usually released within 24 hours, why would you need to hold it 5-7 days?????

Very clean!
The room was very clean! The towels were white and smelled clean. The shower stall was clean. Everything was nice and clean. The bed was so so as far as comfort. The pillows were too too soft. Didn’t have any support at all. Only view was the parking lot, but to be fair, we didn’t stay there for the view. Other than that, the stay was great! The hotel was in a safe area.

The staffs are helpful and we like the easy parking from underground. Breakfast was ok but the I was disappointed that they only put few towels and the towels are not soft. They charged a lot at least put some nice towels.
