Reception area and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious, it was also nice having tea making facilities and a small fridge in the room. There was a good variety and plenty of food in the restaurant.

New refurbished rooms are very nice indeed! Check in staff helpful and friendly. And food quality and selection was excellent. My only negative is i think 4pm check in is quite late. Especially if you arrive on one of the many morning flights from the uk. Thats most of the day gone before you can unpack, freshen up etc....

Lovely hotel, excellent location. Great food
Check in was simple, we arrived early so put our bags in luggage storage and went into town. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choice and so was the dinner. Lots of different types of food. Well done Rosamar, we will be back.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in booked for 8 nights left after 2 to go stay in another hotel. We arent fussy but people describe it like prison food and thats exactly what u get. My room flooded for 2 days and they nver fixed it so we left

Pääosin uusittu hotelli hyvällä paikalla.Iso allas käytössä myös talvellakin,mutta liukumäellinen allas vain kesäkaudella.Hotelilla paljon ohjelmaa myös talvella.Monet hotellin asukkaista all inclusive-vieraita. Huoneen siisteyden suhteen toivomisen varaa.Kuuteen päivään ei vaihdettu lakanoita kertaakaan.Vessanpönttö reistaili jatkuvasti ja korjaajaa odotettiin useita tunteja.Välillä korjauspyynnöt eivät ollut ohjautuneet respasta eteenpäin ollenkaan. Suurin osa hisseistä vanhoja ja jäivät toisinaan jumiin kerrosten väliin. Huoneet rauhallisia varsinkin ylemmissä kerroksissa.Televisiossa paljon kanavia ja omat suoratoistopalvelut sai kytkettyä.WiFi toimi erinomaisesti.Ylemmistä kerroksista upeat maisemat parvekkeelta! Ravintolassa paljon valinnanvaraa ruokien suhteen,mutta kasvissyöjille vähemmän vaihtoehtoja.Monia espanjalaisten ja brittien lempiruokia tarjolla. Eri maiden teemaillat mukava yllätys,vaikka välttämättä kovasti ei kyseisen maan ruokia kuitenkaan tarjolla ollut.Jälkiruokavalikoima loistava ja hedelmät tuoreita!Ravintolan henkilökunta ystävällinen! Sisäuima-allas maksullinen ja melko pieni.Altaalla käytettävä uimahattua,joten jäi kokeilematta. Ranta kävelymatkan päässä ja lähistöllä paljon pieniä supermarketteja sekä erilaisia (etenkin britti)ravintoloita. Lepolomalle ihan ok paikka.

Muy masificado, poca limpieza, comida poca calidad, lo bueno es que entraban las bebidas, hamacas rotas y pocas, falta espacio de ocio para la cantidad de personas que caben en el hotel y piscinas más grande, eramos sardinas en lata dentro de la piscina, no habían vestuarios cerca la piscina así que hasta que nos dieron la habitación tuvimos que cambiarnos en el el baño y estaba sucio y mal olor, ascensores lentos y caustrofobicos, lo bueno son los toboganes para niños mi hijo se lo paso muy bien.
