Galleria Park Hotel is one of the most charming hotels I have ever visited. It is located in the downtown core, a very business and art-centric part of the city. As you step in from the street, you're greeted by a charming and eclectic interior. I love it! The staff is amiable. I had an issue with the limit on my credit card, and they were extremely patient while I resolved the problem. I paid for one night, went to my room and spent the next hour solving the issue with my card. The room is spotless, and the staff keeps it that way every day. I'm delighted with that. The location is excellent. You'll find the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and several other museums just a few minutes from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants are nearby, and all public transport stations are just a few minutes from the hotel, making the location very convenient. I plan to stay at the same hotel for future visits to San Francisco.

The property is excellent. Quiet, free morning coffee, wine tasting in the evening, and very friendly. We were there for my partner’s wedding and to check out venues for our upcoming wedding and the hotel was just amazing. So much so that we are cancelling our in & out motel by the airport on our last night back (went to Yosemite) and staying there again. Everything is very conveniently located. Can’t go wrong here.

The staff were amazing at this hotel! The fresh coffee in the morning and the free wine at happy hour were such a great surprise! The portable window air conditioning in the hotel room was like an open window which allowed so many loud noises in which was a negative. The lighting also wasn’t the greatest for getting ready. Overall the location and staff made the stay very good!
