I am not expecting luxury, barely even expecting cleanliness. But literally nothing worked from the toilet to the fridge, wifi, television, and then the AC. It was ridiculous enough but then the cherry on top was that no staff was available all night or the next morning until about 9 and only because one of the cleaning ladies was able to go find someone from the back. Multiple people needed help in the lobby. Maybe a phone call would get an answer? Big fat no. Don’t waste your time or money. I spent $150 for one night here. Spend a few extra bucks and get a better hotel.

The hotel its non-smoking, but the hole romm smells at cigarettes and Marijuana we report to front desk and they only tello me they cant help me

I don't like showing up for a 3pm check in at 4pm, then being told my room is still being cleaned and being asked to wait to check in. The room had no water pressure at all. Shower was terrible and the toilet would it completely flush either as a result.
