The hotel was in little italy, great restaurants near by. Unfortunately the pictures from Expedia of the hotel were not what up to date. The room was very old and the shower head had very little water coming out.

Images provided prior to booking were deceiving. While the room appeared to have been cleaned, there was almost no lighting along ground floor corridors. The room I was assigned (which was directly facing the parking area) had no deadbolt or lock in the handle at all, just the bar lock which felt unsafe and strange for a ground floor room. There was no internet or wifi provided and no cell phone service in the room. Additionally, there was mold and a hole in the floor in the bathroom. I left within 30 mins and cancelled my 2nd nights’ reservation.

Nice location but not so nice room

The location was amazing but the room was not clean. The location was very walkable to nice restaurants, shops and nightlife. The room was similar to a motel 6 inside. The bathroom was filthy and the shower clogged up every time a shower was taken.

The walls are very thin so you can hear everything! Even obnoxious guests above you that party til past 3am! I know this is out of the property's control but what can you do! Other than that the location is great! The property could use some renovation but for the price it cant be beat

When I arrived, the front desk personnel were helpful. I requested maid service for my room the following day and was allowed to check in early. So far so good. The room was ok for the price. After that, the service shifted. My room was not cleaned as requested. Then on the day of my check out, the hotel employees kept banging on my door asking if I was going to check out. I received a phone call and told the person that I had spoken with the front deak and received permission for a late check out. A second call came telling me I would need to pay $50.00 to check out late, i.e. 1:00 pm. I told them to charge it. The knocks o n the door by staff continued. I was tring to rest but then a staff person tried to open the door before 1:00 pm and I told them I had a late check out. The person asked if I had paid. I told them call your supervisor and ask. The person left the door open and I had to get up to close the door. Despite paying the late check out fee, I felt like an interloper. That is the last time I stay there.

Don’t stay here!!!

Hotel falling apart. We were told you had to request room cleaning and clean towel service. Requested everyday for 5 day stay and didn't happen until we put all the dirty towels and bag of garbage on checkin desk. Only 1 of 3 ice machines worked in hotel. Fridge in room broken. $45 per day to park don’t know unless search hotel.com site, not easy to find.
