I only stayed for one night. The room was very hot took forever for the air conditioning to hit a normal 70° cool feeling. With that said, I’m shouting out Joanna frost desk gal. Gracious host, accommodating, helpful, problem solver, no hassle whatsoever. She would probably be the only reason why I would ever come back to this hotel only because, the pictures you guys have on your site is very misleading. overall the hotel would get ⭐️⭐️, the outstanding customer service is hard to find these days. And Joanna would receive all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and walkable area with many restaurants and bars. Our refrigerator did not work and had to call for a second fridge for my breast milk. Had to put a bag of ice because the mini fridge did not get cold enough to keep the milk chilled. The other downside of the room was the “air conditioner” the room never felt cool it felt more like a fan. The elevator 1 and only for the entire hotel, is slow and buttons don’t work. Didn’t experience the rest of the property

The room was uncomfortable. I was placed on the bottom floor next to the parking garage. It was dark, dusty, and a lot of foot traffic. The staff quickly honored my request to switch rooms. The second room felt more secure and safe. The hotel does not have waters in the room. The vending machine was sketchy, it worked when it felt like it. I lost $4 trying to use it. I ended up walking a few blocks to 7/11 for water. The location is fantastic.

This is not a 3 star hotel. The bathroom has no counter space or a vanity. There’s no full length mirror and bed is squeaky loud in both rooms we tried. Also, there was no housekeeping service even when requested. Calls to the front desk were ignored and voice mails left unanswered. Bad experience with the property, only the proximity to the nightlife and restaurants were the draw.

Walking distance to the Trolley Tram, which allows to get into downtown and the convention center very easily and quickly. And if you want to go for a stroll it also won’t be too crazy of a walk. Staff has been friendly!

The staff were very kind and curious. Arira, the night desk clerk went over and above to accommodate us. The day clerk, Angelina, was also helpful in all ways. The housekeeping was kind and thorough and the maintenance came immediately to help us set up our safe. Would very much so stay here again.

Great price and a Great Stay!
This was a fun stay, stopped by for the foo fighters concert. The location was decent, very clean rooms, comfortable bed, looks nice and excellent customer service. The only reason I didn’t find this stay perfect is they charge too much for parking and the elevator is extremely slow. Other than that this place is amazing. I would definitley stay here again.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures.. the pool isn’t a pool. It smells bad in the room, the ACs leak and you can’t control the temperature. We were freezing all night and couldn’t turn it off with the remote. LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE.
