The staff went above and beyond for me. The was a head of state staying at a nearby hotel and my taxi could not come to the hotel.The driver texted his location but I was unfamiliar with the location. I showed the text to the staff and one of them( sorry that I do not have his name) walked me to meet my taxi. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Budapest.

Great hotel, great value, super close to everything so you can walk to st Stephen’s. Buda, Chain Bridge and V street and the grand market. Loved our stay and go upgraded to a suite!

The location is excellent; however, the bathroom presents several challenges for us. The high and deep tub poses a fall risk when entering and exiting, which is a significant concern. Additionally, the shower head is positioned low for my husband, making it uncomfortable to use. Furthermore, the glass door only covers half of the bathtub, resulting in puddles of water accumulating just outside after showers, creating a safety hazard.

This is a SUPERB 5-STAR boutique hotel tucked away on a quiet street near the river in Budapest. The staff is simply THE BEST...so attentive and helpful. The rooms are exquisitely appointed and QUIET. The food is EXCELLENT with many choices on the breakfast buffet. My wife and I have stayed here twice during the last two years and have truly enjoyed it. I give it my strongest personal recommendation!

Lovely staff. From the photos we weren’t sure if it would be dated but interiors were in fact very nicely done and looked new . We had the premium suite and the sitting area was very convenient. Loved the location with public transport and sights nearby
