Lack of basic items, such as towels and shower caps. The shower space is tight even for girls under 130lbs. My friend was told to leave the breakfast table as she just ordered coffee.

I booked this hotel via Expedia, it was one of the pricy hotels with good reviews However the facility seemed like it had been through a war the1. furniture was worn down 2.the elevator area had finger marks all over, the lobby furniture was dirty and extremely worn down i did not even was to sit in them 4. I got charged $88 extra for amenities that i did Not use, like bike rides Overall i will NEVER stay here again and will discourage anyone from staying there overall it cost me $500 for one night stay Awful experience

Super comfortable and quiet room with a nice view of the city. Great location to walk to little Italy for dinner, but the hotel restaurant was awesome too. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Not enough towels, no shower caps, phone wasn’t working. My friend was told to move to the side when she was having coffee in the lounge by one of the staff. Some of the front desk staff are nice and welcoming, the rest we felt like we owe them something. Booked on Expedia, has valet parking credit, but been told can’t use the credit and never heard of it. What a joke!

Good Place in Downtown San Diego
Very nice hotel in downtown San Diego, about a 10 minute walk to the harbor. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff, especially the bartenders, were friendly and helpful.

July 19th travel mess
The biggest issue was we traveled on Friday July 19th which was the day of the IT outage. Due to that our flight to Minneapolis was delayed and we missed the connection flight. I called the hotel to let them know that we would not be able to get there for July 19th and would we be charged for that night. They told me since we booked through Hotels.com we could not. That was disappointing for us.
