The hotel was nice and clean and all the staff were pleasant. Room was kind of small but they made a nice use of the space. The area itself was sketchy. Dirty as soon as you walk out (although they try to keep clean) and homeless people all around. That’s not the hotels fault.

Everything was great. The valet/bellmen were especially nice and friendly with good recommendations for where to go around the city. Only complaint is that the fridge was not working and there was a tear in the sheets when we got there. Other than that, everything was great.

Prime location
I had a fantastic experience at the Alan Hotel. Although my stay was brief, I truly appreciated the friendly and efficient staff, from the valet to the front desk, who made the check-in and check-out process seamless. While I had read some concerns about the area, the hotel’s convenient location and easy access to nightlife made it worthwhile. The complimentary voucher was a nice touch, and I’m already looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

This property was lovely! The staff was very kind and accommodating. I really liked the room. It was decorated well and felt comfy and chic. The one subpar thing we experienced while here, was we sat down at the cafe for dinner at 4pm. The dinner menu looked delicious! Dinner begins at 4pm and we ordered right away, after about 30 minutes the server checked in again. We waited for over 50 minutes and then checked in again with our server, who checked with the kitchen and let us know that our order was never placed!!! It was extremely disappointing because it seems like the server never gave them our order. We left because we had a concert to go. So unfortunately we did not get to have dinner. Aside from that, the staff was very kind, the room was nice, and the hotel it self was great!
