Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel an sich ist recht schön. Zimmer nicht sehr gross, aber schön. Was uns massiv störte, war der Lärm im Esssaal. Das war ja kaum zum Aushalten. Zudem war das Essen alles andere wie gut und es fehlte an Abwechslung. Das Personal an der Rezeption war überhaupt nicht freundlich. In unserm Bad wurde die Scheibe in der Dusche nie wirklich sauber geputzt. Auch der Boden nur vorne, in den Ecken wurde nicht gereinigt. Wir werden dieses Hotel ganz sicher nicht mehr mehr buchen. Es gibt bedeutend bessere auf G.C.

Guten Tag ich möchte mich sehr herzlich bedanken für die sehr gute Gastfreundlichkeit auch das Essen hervorragend und die sehr sauberen Zimmer plus den ganzen Wellnessbereich werde diese Hotel Escorial wider buchen aber das nächste mal mit meiner Frau ich kann es mit gutem Gewissen Weiterempfehlen. Nous ne savions pas qu'il y allait avoir des travaux pendant notre séjour (la faute à qui : Ebookers où à l’hôtel ?). C'est dommage. Cependant, le personnel de l'hotel a été très réactif lorsque nous avons sollicité un changement de chambre et par ailleurs, nous a accordé une durée d'occupation supplémentaire lors de notre départ tardif. Hotel très bien situé (proximité plages, commerces transport et centre animé), personnel sympathique faisant l'effort de parler en français. Equipements intéressants (piscine, spa, salle de jeux, animation, ...). L'hotel en pleine restructuration (chambres et espaces communs) et c'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons.
