My family stayed here for a Pokemon Regional event at the convention center across the street and it was perfect for our trip. We arrived early at 10:30am and they allowed us an early check in (no fee!) so we could drop off our bags and freshen up before heading to the event. Everything was clean and modern, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The shop in the lobby was open until 10pm which was convenient for snacks!

This was a lovely stay. Not a lot of affordable food options nearby, and the vent in the bathroom needed cleaning. I also requested a room refresh and didn’t get it while we were out, but I think it was miscommunication upon checkin. Otherwise, lovely, clean and well appointed!
