The adjacent property is a vacant building with graffiti and boarded up windows. It’s possibly an attractive nuisance in that it might attract homeless, or drug activity. Front desk staff was very nice! Room is clean and parking area was clean/well lit.

Our puppy was injured right before we were leaving to go to hotel. I called Hotel.com and Hertiage Hotel. They did not care if it was an emergency and would not refund my my money. So I got to pay for a hotel I did not use on a Sunday night. ,I doubt they were sold out, and pay for an emergency vet. I was disappointed at their shear Lake of understanding

Would be nice to have a coat rack in the room for either coats or clothing for those staying more than one night. The outlets by the bed in Room 118 were very hard to get things plugged into them.

Don’t come here with kids.
Random blood stains on the wall. Not sure if someone spit or blew their nose with them. Whole place smelled like smoke and cannabis.
