A great find!

We had a great stay the week of Thanksgiving 2022. The townhome is ideally located a few blocks from the center of Pismo Beach, a delightful town with a great vibe. A super quick walk to the beach, shopping, and dining. The spacious townhome accommodated our family beautifully. Ample windows provide tons of light throughout the townhome. The main living area is on the second story featuring a very well-appointed kitchen, living room, dining area, and half bath. The third floor has two bedrooms, each with its full bath and access to the fabulous rooftop deck. A ground-level entry is through a great front patio with seating. Step inside the small foyer to reach one of the three bedrooms or the two-car garage. The garage makes parking a breeze, and the owners are kind enough to allow the use of a couple of longboards and cruiser bikes. We had a wonderful stay and would give this property our highest recommendation possible.

Amazing house at walking beach distance !!

Amazing house, well maintained and plenty of space for a family. Includes two car garage space, bbq and fire place in the roof. Kitchen with everything you may need. It’s a lovely house plenty of light…!! We’ve fully enjoyed our stay.

FABULOUS FAMILY-FRIENDLY place!

I booked this place for my two adult daughters & their families. It was the first time (primarily due to flying East to West coast & COVID restrictions) that my FOUR grandchildren (3, 4, 5 & 6 year olds) had been together….. so we called it the COUSINS TRIP. My husband & I live in AG, my daughters had grown up here & everyone loves this area, it made sense to get a place walking distance from the beach. It was a comfy place for the grandparents to visit & leave for their own homes. Extremely clean. Well equipped kitchen. Parking for two cars. Comfy beds & nice linens & towels. Free internet. Washer/dryer. I could go on & on about the amenities. It made my life easier since I volunteered to schlep groceries, kids sand toys, beach wagon, & some meals. The kids loved eating on the patio just off the open living space. We walked everywhere…. pier, beach, ice cream, downtown sightseeing. We all gathered to watch the sun go down each evening from the patio off the top floor. Only thing we didn’t get to do….. make so’mores in the rooftop fire pit. Apparently, it was out of order. Perhaps next year. Everyone voted that this place requires ANOTHER visit next year. Thank you, thank you for a great vacay home.
