This home is off-the charts gorgeous - it looks as though it was ripped from the pages of Architectural Digest Magazine! The inside features a fabulous open floor plan, clerestory windows, and sliding floor-to-ceiling walls of glass that let the light pour in, blurring the lines between indoor-outdoor living. The well-stocked chef’s kitchen - which is perfect for individual or group meal prep - is open to the dining and living areas. The living room has ample seating, a gas fireplace and jaw-dropping mountain views. There is also an office - which is great for remote working and learning.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All 3 bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The spacious Primary Suite will take your breath away! It features a King bed and a fabulous ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, a steam shower with a back lit stone wall that glows in the evenings, and there’s even a private outdoor shower - plus direct access to the pool yard! The 2 Guest Suites feature King beds, ensuite bathrooms, and direct access to the patio on the side of the house. There is also a guest half bathroom in the hallway.

We had three couples so the three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms was perfect. We loved the pool and hot tub. We loved the sliding glass walls that let us open the whole house and enjoy the breeze.

Beautiful house great location
Stayed at this house with our two kids for spring break, from the outside the house looks small but then you walk in and it’s huge, the bedrooms are good sizes, kitchen had everything we needed, we paid for the heated pool and the property manager had the pool ready to go when we got there. The house is very modern, one of our favorite properties will definitely return.

We had 6 adults stay at this beautiful home for the weekend and it was truly amazing! The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated that each bedroom had private bathrooms and the outdoor areas were beautifully maintained. We will definitely return to this home.

My family and I recently gathered here to celebrate a birthday. This was the ideal house to throw a fun, luxurious and stylish party. We cooked great food in the really well supplied kitchen, we swam outside in the warm saltwater pool and lounged around talking until late at night. The house is stunning. It's extremely well located too. We contacted the management company once when we thought we were missing the pool floats. It turned out they were there all along, but the company was quick to supply new floats and I believe would handle any concern promptly.

Modern Luxe delivers!
Modern Luxe is a beautiful property and is exactly as advertised. The house is well named as it indeed offers many modern luxuries both in function and form. It is super clean and well stocked with the essentials. Great for a group of friends or families. The pool is beautiful, the garage is air conditioned and full of games and the bedrooms have big closets and private private bathrooms. I almost cried when I lost the coin toss for the master bedroom! It is that beautiful. If you are looking for a house to have a wild party in this is not the place for you. There are strong noise ordinances in the neighborhood and music and loud conversation outside is discouraged. I didn’t count this against the house as it’s a necessary step they have had to take in other to keep rental homes legal. So I get it. Do yourself a favor and read the house manual they provide. It has lots of good information that will help you navigate the lighting, A/C and shades. I promise it will make your stay even easier. We really had a fantastic time. I would definitely recommend.

Had a good time despite issues
Firstly, this is a really spectacular house, there were several problems however. One, couldn’t get into the house upon arrival (made no mention that you had to go through the garage to get inside). Had to call the property manager to get in (it’s outsourced to a call center after hours). Next, took a look at the house, it’s super nice and has all the amenities promised. Negatives were the walls are pretty banged up, one of the toilets would come on and off all night, and one of the guest beds had a “slant” to it so you had to sleep on one side. None of these issues were that big of a deal. The much larger issues were the fact that upon our arrival there was an IPAD that had a password to control the pool, spa and pretty much all the backyard features. There was NO password for said Ipad. Once again, had to call the call center whereby they couldn’t figure it out either and after entering the wrong password 10 times the Ipad locked permanently! Couldn’t use the pool or spa the whole first day/night. Day 2 they sent someone out to figure things out, they couldn’t so they showed me how to manually turn things on from the “pump room” area, it was a bit of a pain but whatever. Then the gardeners showed up! After some back and fourth they decided to not do the landscape because they said it would wreck the pool?! Okay, makes sense I guess, then I get a call for MGMT that suitcases are getting delivered and asked if I would put in one of the guest rooms?! ..I thought I was on vacation, why am I having so much “interaction” with all these people? Day 3, angry pool cleaner shows-up (high no less). Asks for the Ipad and starts swearing up a storm in front of our teenager, makes me walk him through everything, he then calls the owner on speaker phone to yell at him in front of me. I literally have to calm him down (so much for my vacation). He finally leaves. Day 4 was less eventful, but for the price to be constantly interrupted on my vacation, this was quite the disappointment.

We had an amazing experience, all thanks to the house. It truly is like the pictures and yet, even better. It is incredibly beautiful and so well planned--made our stay effortless. It is a great location for us, close to delis, stores, hiking trails, etc. Not walkable to downtown but we did not miss downtown at all during our trip. We enjoyed cooking at the house and lounging at the pool. ACME was great with being responsive pre-trip and we had no issues. The whole experience was better than imagined and planned. Highly recommended.

My sister and I had a glorious five nights here and we loved our stay. Check-in was contactless and seamless. Communications pre-arrival were great and very responsive. The house was spotless and the pool was fantastic, especially with the tanning shelf with built-in umbrella, key for the super hot afternoons. The towels (bath and pool) were fluffy and thick, which we appreciated! The kitchen was well appointed and appliances immaculate. We also loved that the AC worked really well and we were able to control ceiling fans, etc. easily. This has not always been the case with other vacation rentals. The big glass sliders were solid and locked solidly, which gave us peace of mind at night and the shades were all automatic, a very nice touch. Our only disappointment was that the mattresses were thin and firm. The linens were fine, nicely layered blankets and duvets, nice pillows, but it felt like they maybe skimped on the mattresses, which was a shame. A foam topper would go a long way in making the beds more comfortable. All three of the beds in the house had the same mattresses. Otherwise, this house was a lovely pink cloud!
