1st time in Palm Springs! Bad experience in hotel stay, the room next to us had a loud and long argument at 2am yoi could heat screaming, profanity and loud slamming noises. Cops arrived at the scene , this incident kept us up for hours and we had a long flight to catch the next day. Staff didn’t se to do much .

Wonderful Experience Every Time

We live in Los Angeles and go to Palm Springs often, We stay at the Hotel Zoso for the following reasons: rooms are spacious and renovated, beds are very comfortable, great views. ( Recommend upgrading to the Mountain view, pool front., high floor.) Most importantly, the staff are the best: Christine, Len, Rose, Maggie and the rest of the Valet. Very central location & valet is included in the resort fee with in & out car availability. ( Just tip them! )

Party Hotel

This hotel has a very cool vibe in the lobby, and the staff is so kind, and the location is amazing…..BUT unfortunately the rooms are dated and the beds //pillows are not comfortable and the tv was old and small. Also, be warned that this is a party hotel so if you are looking for relaxation this is NOT your place. We had no idea and the LOUD pool party music blasted into our room for 5 hours, and there was drag bingo happening in the lobby. Not a chill hotel at all.

Hotel Zoso was a nice enough hotel that seems a little dated (even by Palm Springs retro standards). Our hotel room itself though was great with plenty of room.

I will start by saying if you're looking for a hotel pool scene, get one of the 1st floor rooms with back patio that faces the pool. You can thank me later. Clean room, friendly staff, great location that puts you near the heart of it all. Not the biggest fan of valet only, but the valets were great!

Don’t expect much and you’ll be happy

Although the staff was friendly this hotel was in desperate need of care. The light in our entry way room would flicker on and off, light on balcony was unplugged and left on patio table. Water pressure in room was horrible. No room service or any place on site to buy drinks/snacks. Ice machines on 2nd floor were down, vending machines down and even if they did work $5 for a can of soda is ridiculous. When we went to the pool we were greeted with an extension cord 1 foot away from being in the pool with nobody around. The lack of presence and care at this hotel was very sad.

Plugged in extension cord so close to pool. No workers in site.

Needs some TLC

Booked here based on last experience, which was quite good. Unfortunately, after several years, this property is showing it's age & wear. Room ceiling was cracked, carpet dirty, dressers & vanity are old / worn.Although a galant attempt to check us in early was appreciated, it sadly fell short of expected results.Short staffed during biz hours, gift shop, spa & bars were not open ( pool and lobby).We enjoying the quiet ness & location of the property. Being able to walk all over the town was a bonus to location. In hopes of an update, we might be back.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous in the lobby and like 200 feet from everything you want to do in Palm Springs. We got to the hotel and they said they over booked so we were “upgraded” from our deluxe king bed to a pool view with two queens. Pool view is cool if you want to hear the music at the pool all day but not quite what we were there for. And my boyfriend and I were a little sad to not get our king bed we’d been looking forward to. But this place is literally 200 feet from everything. Everytime I needed directions it was less than a block away. Location amazing Pool amazing if you’re here for that I liked the balcony’s in every room Some of the fixtures in the bathroom as well as the tub need to be upgraded soon but it is just a gorgeous hotel Just bummed about the “upgrade”

Super Friendly staff, answered phone quickly, came to our room quickly. Always greeted you as you entered/Left. The hotel smelled very nice. Good music playing.
