This very special, single story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in the much desired complex of Canyon Country Club Estados. Ideally located in South Palm Springs the first thing you’ll notice are the breathtaking western mountain views.
The interior is bright and sunny, featuring a vaulted great room with an open floor plan that leads to a large, private patio. Dual master suites with updated en suite bathrooms, HD TVs, and extra large closets/storage make this condo truly built for comfort and ease. The kitchen is updated with newer appliances, including gas stove. Large neutral tile flooring throughout extends out to the patio. The condo is pool side for easy access yet maintains complete privacy.

Canyon Country Club Estados features three heated swimming pools, four spas, onsite gym and laundry, five tennis and two pickleball courts. This unit also provides a private carport with storage.

This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
